Fulton is located in the heart of Historic North Knoxville. It is a comprehensive high school which offers a wide variety of academic and vocational classes. Fulton's academic and athletic facilities are second to none. Our school is lucky to have a committed, experienced, and talented staff that strives to meet the individual needs of a diverse inner city student body.

Fulton is a Professional Development School that trains teachers to be urban specialist. The school is also a Project Grad School. Project GRAD is a twelve year thirty million dollar school and business partnership. The goal of Project Grad is to enhance school programs and to provide scholarships to qualifying students. Fulton has a rich heritage of excellence and strong community support. It is our goal to continue Fulton's rich tradition in the 21st century."
